Step 5

Budgeting, investing, financial literacy, business development, and family stability coaching.
Step 6
Families steward the home
Pay property taxes, utilities, and household bills; maintain the home responsibly.
Step 7
Families complete the program
Fulfill all education, stewardship, and business plan requirements over the full 5-year period.
Step 8
Foundation gifts the home
Upon successful completion, and subject to legal review and funding, the home is gifted to the family.
This is a proposed pilot program. All numbers are estimated and projected. Final home transfers depend on funding, qualified family selection, legal review, property condition, and successful completion of the full 5-year program requirements.
