Beyond the numbers, the pilot is designed to demonstrate that stewardship plus education produces durable outcomes: families who own where they live, who understand money, and who are equipped to create the next family business in their neighborhood.
We measure progress not only in homes restored, but in families stabilized, businesses launched, and blocks revitalized.
This is a proposed pilot program. All numbers are estimated and projected. Final home transfers depend on funding, qualified family selection, legal review, property condition, and successful completion of the full 5-year program requirements.
